CONGRATULATIONS - JUDY C !!

You've won the signed copy of Forever  Flames
and the matching jeweled book hook.

I'll email you with the details.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by my blog and commented. I loved reading  your 'soulmate' stories.

Welcome to the Labor of Love Bloghop.

From sweet to dark, divas of romance work their fingers to the bone for your reading pleasure. Join us and enter the Rafflecoptor for a Kindle loaded with ebooks, and a chance at two gift cards!

I'm also including a giveaway of my own!

My Labor of Love is my first book, a paranormal romance, titled TWIN FLAMES. This story hung out in my head for years before it ever made it to paper (or computer screen). I've always been fascinated with reincarnation and the concept that we may have many lives here, and we  tend to spend those lives with the same people over and over.

Twin Flame soul mates have a much deeper connection. Many hard times and obstacles have been overcome time and time again to cement the bond that they have for each other. Some believe they are the literal other half of each other. While they may appear to be strangers to us, our souls recognize them immediately. So begins a battle between logic, love and the paranormal.

The research for this book was immense but I enjoyed every minute of it. I wanted it to be as authentic as possible. I interviewed authors that were also past live regression therapists and even spent a lovely afternoon with one woman who was very generous with her time and knowledge.

The next step was choosing events in history to write their past lives around. I choose to look for obscure but important things that happened in history. Then the question was how many past lives to include? There needed to be enough to show their strong bond, but not so many that the reader got bored and the story did not move along.

In the end, I believe I did what I set out to do and even included a mischievous ghost to the cast of characters. TWIN FLAMES is celebrating it's publishing birthday this month and is on sale for 99 cents on Amazon here.

Blurb:

She'd never met him before, or had she?

The last thing forty-year old Natalia Santagario expected was to be sitting on a Manhattan barstool, ogling a man she's never met, but swears she knows.

He didn't know her at all, or did he?

The mysterious dark-haired woman at the end of the bar stops twenty-eight-year old Marc Tremonti in his tracks. His head she's a stranger, but his heart tells him otherwise.

Together they embark on a journey that will change their lives forever.

Marc's aunt Mariella, an expert in reincarnation, persuades them to relive their past to explain their enigmatic attraction. As they open the doors to their past lives, they discover they have been lovers for hundreds of ives, are connected by an ancient bond and are Twin Flame soul mates.

But their reunion in this life is complicated by an almost ex-wife, a temporary bout of amnesia and a mischievous and meddling ghost with it's own agenda.

Will their strong connection find a way to bring them together? Or is this the lifetime they must go their separate ways?

Now for the best part - the giveaways.!! Enter the Rafflecoptor here to win a super loaded Kindle and a chance for two gift cards.

I'm giving away a signed copy of FOREVER FLAMES, a Twin Flames novella with a matching book hook. It continues Marc and Natalia's story form Twin Flames, but is a stand alone novella. Please leave a comment telling me if you've ever met someone (male, female, friend or lover) that you felt you knew immediately and how it made you feel.

Good luck and thank you for stopping by and taking part in the the Labor of Love Blogshop!

Hi Tina - Love stories like that. My hubby and I are married 30 years, too and while I can't say it was love at first sight, it was love after the first two weeks, for sure, LOL.

Thanks for stopping by.

I don't think I have ever had that experience. I have met many people that remind me of someone else.

Hi Judy, that's interesting. What makes them remind you of someone else? Their physical appearance, their mannerisms or their personality?

I have met a few women over the years and just felt so connected with them. Connecting like we have known each other for years when we have only just met. It feels good to know your not alone in your believes. Thank you
Happy Labor Day Weekend Debbie

Hi Linda, I met one of my best friends that way. Even though we live on different coasts we're still friends.

Happy Labor Day to you, too!

To this day, Natalia remains one of my favorite heroines. Probably because I want to fall in love again with someone I've been in love with since forever. The fact that he's younger and hot helps, too.

I am a believer in all things not normal. I love the genre of ghosts and such. I met my husband and all his idiosyncrasies reminded me of a man I lost to death. I have always wondered if their souls were connected on a level that connected with mine.

Hi Willy, - I'm a believer, too and many souls are connected to each other. There is so much we don't understand and it's fascinating to me.

Thanks for stopping at the blog hop.

I can't say I knew my husband "immediately", but by our second date I knew this was a guy I could marry. That was over twenty years ago, so...

So...you were right! I'd that's pretty close to knowing immediately.

My hubby wrote his dad a letter the day we met and told him he met the girl he was going to marry. The funny thing was he said one word to me that day "hello"...but one month later we were engaged, six months after we met we were married and this December we celebrate 40 years together!!!

Loved reading your blog. Have a great weekend.

Love this excerpt Debbie.

I have a tendency to like sarcasm, and my husbands full of it. Although, after many years of wedded blisters, the sarcasm isn't as endearing....

Well, I met my Knight in Slightly Muddy Armor when we were fourteen. I played violin at his eighth grade graduation, and in high school we were best friends (w/crushes we didn't do a thing about). It wasn't until we were in our mid-twenties that we re-connected and eighteen years later, we still act like the nerdy friends we are.
Happy Labor Day, Debbie!

Wonderful story, Jami - my husband and I were in the same Kindergarten class - then barely paid attention to each other until we saw each other Freshman year at the local community college.

Thanks again for putting this blog hop together.

I've met several people throughout my life whom I've felt I've known immediately. Some were friends, some were NOT. I tend to get feelings about people and have (mostly) learned to listen to those feelings. When I don't, I have always regretted it.

Michelle, it does work both ways. Sometimes we met someone who we DISlike immediately and there are reasons for that as well.

I'm a big believer in following your gut or intuition. It will never steer you wrong.

Happy Labor Day.

I woke up one night to a little blonde haired little girl looking at me and she was giggling. I heard her say momma and she disappeared. I thought I was dreaming so I put it out of my mind. 1 yr later I had my 1st daughter Breezy. She was born with black hair. By the time she was 2 her hair had changed to cotton white with the cutest giggle and she calls me momma :D She is the spitting image of the little one I saw that night. :D

Wow, Missie - that is amazing! Many people believe that we choose our parents each life time. I would say that's very good proof that they may be right.

I love her name, Breezy - have a great Labor Day and thanks for stopping by.
